T\u0131bb\u0131n di\u011fer dallar\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131 ile kullan\u0131lan zirkonyum maddesi 2000 li y\u0131llardan itibaren di\u015f hekimli\u011finin hizmetine sunulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<h3>Estetik Di\u015f Hekimli\u011finde \u00c7\u0131\u011f\u0131r A\u00e7an Zirkonyum Di\u015flerin Avantajlar\u0131:<\/h3>\n<p>Di\u015f hekimli\u011finde kullan\u0131lan en estetik materyallerdendir.<br>I\u015f\u0131k ge\u00e7irgenli\u011fi \u00f6zelli\u011fi sayesinde do\u011fal di\u015flerin dokusu tam olarak yakalan\u0131r. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir di\u015fin minesi tamamen \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 ge\u00e7irmesine ra\u011fmen porselen di\u015flerin alt\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan metaller porselen di\u015flerde opak bir g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc yaratabilmektedir. \u00d6zellikle g\u00fcne\u015fli ortamlarda ve foto\u011fraf fla\u015f\u0131nda belli olabilen cans\u0131z g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc problemi zirkonyum di\u015flerde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<br>Di\u015f eti uyumu klasik metal alt yap\u0131l\u0131 porselenlere g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha iyidir. Di\u015f eti hastal\u0131klar\u0131nda ya da di\u015f eti \u00e7ekilmelerinde s\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6r\u00fclen di\u015f eti morluklar\u0131 zirkonyum di\u015f porselenlerinde g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez.<br>Alerjik de\u011fildir, doku dostu bir materyaldir.<br>Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6zellikleri \u00e7ok iyi oldu\u011fundan di\u015flerde so\u011fuk s\u0131cak hassasiyetini \u00f6nlerler.<br>Zirkonyum di\u015f porselenleri 900 megapaskal dirence sahiptirler. Bu \u00f6zellikleri sayesinde arka b\u00f6lgelerdeki di\u015flerde de \u00e7ok rahatl\u0131kla kullan\u0131l\u0131rlar. Bu kadar g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olmas\u0131yla birlikte \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 ge\u00e7irecek kadar zarif ve estetiktir. Hem \u00f6n di\u015flerde hem de arka di\u015flerde g\u00fcvenle kullan\u0131labilen ileri teknoloji \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc bir malzemedir.<br>Zirkonyum di\u015f porselenlerinin i\u00e7eri\u011finde metal bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 metal alerjisine sebep olmaz.<br>Zirkonyum di\u015fler metal i\u00e7erikli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in herhangi bir tat de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi yaratmaz kokuya da sebep olmaz.<br>P\u00fcr\u00fczs\u00fcz ve kaygan di\u015f porselen y\u00fczeyi nedeni ile plak birikimi olmaz. \u00c7ay, kahve gibi gibi di\u015f renklendiricilerinden etkilenmez. Zirkonyum di\u015f porseleninin rengi sabit kal\u0131r.<br>Normal di\u015fler gibi zirkonyum di\u015fler f\u0131r\u00e7alan\u0131r. Di\u015f hekimi periyodik kontrollere d\u00fczenli gelindi\u011fi takdirde zirkonyum di\u015f porselenlerinde olu\u015fabilecek problemler tespit edilir ve gerekli \u00f6nlemler al\u0131n\u0131r.<br>Kesin bir zaman verilemez ancak d\u00fczenli di\u015f hekimi kontrolleri yap\u0131l\u0131rsa zirkonyum di\u015f porselenleri \u00e7ok uzun y\u0131llar kullan\u0131labilir<\/p>\n<h3>Zirkonyum Di\u015fler nas\u0131l haz\u0131rlan\u0131r:<\/h3>\n<p>Zirkonyum di\u015flerin a\u011f\u0131zda haz\u0131rlanma i\u015flemi klasik porselen di\u015f haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc al\u0131nmas\u0131yla ayn\u0131d\u0131r. Farkl\u0131l\u0131k laboratuvar i\u015flemlerinde ba\u015flar. Zirkonyum di\u015f porselenleri Cad Cam teknolojisine sahip bilgisayar destekli cihazlarla yap\u0131labilir. Bu y\u00f6ntemde hasta a\u011fz\u0131ndan al\u0131nan di\u015f \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcleri bilgisayar ortam\u0131nda optik okuyucularda taran\u0131r. Zirkonyum levhalardan el de\u011fmeden freze sistemleri sayesinde bilgisayar taraf\u0131ndan kesilip \u015fekillendirilir. Kamera yard\u0131m\u0131 ile elde edilen veriler bilgisayara y\u00fcklenir. Daha sonra tasar\u0131mlar\u0131(CAD) yap\u0131larak \u00fcretime (CAM) ge\u00e7ilir.<br>Bu sistemde kullan\u0131lan di\u015f porseleninin alt yap\u0131s\u0131nda kristal veya zirkonyum bulunmakta b\u00f6ylece m\u00fckemmel estetik kalite ve do\u011fall\u0131k yakalanmakta ve yap\u0131m s\u00fcresi de k\u0131salmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3>Lamine Di\u015fler \u2013 Yaprak Porselenler:<\/h3>\n<p>Lamina Di\u015fler (yaprak di\u015f porselenleri) ile \u00e7ok k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcrede sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve do\u011fal bir di\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc elde edilir.
